Our team will review your request to ensure the item is in its original, unassembled condition and eligible for return under our quality guidelines.
Schedule Collection
Once approved, we will coordinate a professional furniture courier to collect the item from your residence; please note that return shipping fees will apply.
Refund Processing
After the item is inspected at our warehouse, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus the initial and return delivery costs.
